What it is not
- Creating goals for our own agenda and not for the greater good of the organisation
- Waiting until 6 monthly performance conversations to talk about progress towards goals
- Moving the goalposts to suit own agenda
- Behaving against the values to deliver the outcome
- Open ended goals with no milestones or deliverables
- Working on pet projects that are not agreed and part of the overall business plan

What it is not
- Exclusion of colleagues who have a view or opinion different to you
- Treating the working environment badly by not respecting others (e.g. cleaning up the kitchen)
- Using "banter" as an excuse to disrespect others

- Blaming
- Avoiding leading people and having difficult conversations to drive behaviour & performance
- Behaving in a way that doesn’t sit with the values
- Giving up
